Coffee farmers of Cooperativa de producción Tzeltal-Tzotzil turn coffee sourcing into a labor of family love. This organization consists of family owned farms that take pride and responsibility in organic production. They believe organic production will increase overall quality of their coffee beans and preserve their land for the future generations to come.
This Bourbon, Mundo Novo, Typica variety is grown at an elevation of 1460 meters. They're mindfully depulped, fermented and dried wit the use of farm-owned micro mills. Cooperativa de producción Tzeltal-Tzotzil is multi-talented by producing honey as well!
